　　On the way home from visiting relatives, two of my very proper sisters stopped at a casino -- not to play the slot machines, mind you, just to check out the place. "So did you do any gambling?" I teased.

　　"Well," Kitty said cagily. "I had a $10 cup of coffee. Dotty had a $50 Coke."

　　走完亲戚,，我的两个平时非常规矩的姐姐在回家的路上进了趟赌场 ---- 不是去玩赌博机，请注意，只是进去看看。

　　“你们赌钱了吗？”（她们出来时）， 我逗她们说。

　　“呃” Kitty 机灵地说，“我喝了杯10美元的咖啡， Dotty 喝了1杯50美元的可乐。”
